Orbit Ventures is hosting Orbit Demo Day for National Incubation Center Karachi and National Incubation Center Peshawar, bringing together leading venture capital firms, angel investors, and family offices for an in-person pitching and networking event organized with support from Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Ignite, and other ecosystem partners. The event is invite-only for investors, ecosystem players, and founders, with vetted guests receiving an official invitation with venue details closer to the date, a format that keeps the room curated toward genuine investment intent rather than open general attendance.
Startups from this cohort are building solutions spanning fintech, supply chain, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IoT, sustainability, traveltech, hospitality, proptech, and blockchain, a spread that reflects how broadly Orbit Ventures’ portfolio companies coming out of Karachi and Peshawar now cut across Pakistan’s evolving digital economy rather than clustering around a single dominant vertical. Among the presenting companies, Lendverse, based in Karachi, operates as an enterprise AI lending platform enabling banks to digitize their entire lending lifecycle through a single configurable ecosystem, directly addressing the operational fragmentation that has historically slowed loan processing at traditional Pakistani banks.
Three Shelves, also from Karachi, transforms operational data into AI-powered intelligence to help businesses optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve profitability, while Fortanixor Technologies provides enterprise-grade passwordless authentication and transaction security solutions specifically built for banks and regulated financial institutions, a niche with clear commercial urgency given rising digital fraud pressures across Pakistan’s financial sector. Asani.io brings IoT-powered utility monitoring and control solutions for water, energy, and other resources, while Porter Pakistan operates an online travel platform focused on making curated family holidays more affordable, transparent, and easy to book.
From Peshawar, HostyAI has built an AI agent for Airbnb hosts in Portugal that automatically handles guest enquiries and drives more bookings, an interesting example of a Pakistan-based team building specifically for a European short-term rental market rather than a domestic use case. PQC Lab, also from Peshawar, is building quantum-safe foundations for blockchains and enterprises, positioning itself at the frontier of post-quantum cryptography well ahead of when such infrastructure becomes commercially urgent. The Demo Day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Karachi, with separate registration links available for the Demo Day and the accompanying Orbit Connect networking session. Orbit Ventures, ranked the fourth most active VC across global emerging markets in 2025 by MAGNiTT, continues to scale breakthrough startups across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America through its ongoing partnership with both NIC Karachi and NIC Peshawar.
