A collaborative effort between CIRCLE Women Association, Plus W株式会社 (Plus W Ltd.), and the Japanese government has yielded exciting results for Pakistani tech talent. A newly launched advanced IT skills program has equipped graduates with the necessary skills to secure jobs with Japanese companies.

This initiative specifically targeted alumni of CIRCLE’s Tech Karo program, providing them with in-demand backend engineering skills alongside Japanese language training. This combined focus bridges the gap between Pakistan’s skilled workforce and the needs of Japan’s IT sector.

The program has already seen success stories, with graduates Ilham Ismail Soomro, Muhammad Yousuf, and Hamza Shahid securing placements with Japanese companies.

“Congratulations to our graduates for achieving this remarkable milestone,” said a spokesperson for CIRCLE Women Association.

“This program exemplifies the power of collaboration in creating opportunities for skilled professionals.”

Special recognition was given to Ando San for his instrumental role in forging the partnership. Appreciation was also extended to Engro Vopak Terminal Limited and Engro Corp for their support in making the program a reality.

This initiative signifies a significant step forward in connecting the talent pool of Pakistan with the growing demand for skilled IT professionals in Japan. By providing targeted training and language skills, programs like this pave the way for a mutually beneficial exchange of expertise and resources between the two countries.
