Pathfinder CITADEL and CMOontheGO Sign MoU for Strategic Marketing and Startup Ecosystem Outreach

Published on

Pathfinder CITADEL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CMOontheGO, formalising a strategic collaboration focused on marketing, digital visibility, startup ecosystem outreach, and the international positioning of Pakistan’s emerging talent and ventures. The agreement brings together two organisations with complementary strengths, with CMOontheGO expected to support CITADEL’s communication and outreach efforts across its existing verticals.

The collaboration directly covers three of CITADEL’s key programme areas: Career JumpStart Institute, which focuses on professional development and talent readiness; Escape Velocity Accelerator, which supports early-stage startups through the growth process; and Strategic Innovation Consulting, which works with organisations on building innovation capacity. Each of these verticals stands to benefit from a more structured marketing and visibility function, particularly as CITADEL works to extend its reach beyond domestic audiences.

The international positioning component of the agreement is notable given the growing emphasis within Pakistan’s startup and innovation ecosystem on connecting local talent and ventures with global networks, investors, and markets. For organisations like CITADEL that operate across career development, acceleration, and consulting, the ability to articulate and communicate their work to international audiences has become as important as the programming itself.

For CMOontheGO, the partnership adds a multi-vertical innovation organisation to its portfolio and signals an appetite for deeper engagement with Pakistan’s startup and entrepreneurship community. The MoU marks the beginning of what both parties have framed as a strategic rather than transactional relationship, with the scope of collaboration covering ecosystem engagement and global outreach as much as conventional digital marketing.
