Pathfinder CITADEL has announced its strategic collaboration with TechnoLab, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The MoU brings together two organisations committed to advancing innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology, with a shared focus on creating meaningful opportunities for founders, startups, innovators, and the wider ecosystem.
The agreement was signed by Air Commodore Farhan Ahmed, Director of Pathfinder CITADEL, and Mohid Ayyaz, Director of TechnoLab, with the signing taking place directly at the LEAP summit. This choice of venue reflects a broader pattern seen at LEAP 2026, where the event has served as a platform for formalising several institutional partnerships in addition to its role as an exhibition and networking space.
The partnership sets the foundation for future initiatives, knowledge exchange, and collaborative opportunities, suggesting the MoU is intended as a starting point for ongoing engagement rather than a single defined project. This kind of framework agreement gives both organisations flexibility to develop specific joint programmes over time as opportunities arise.
TechnoLab’s involvement brings an additional organisation into Pathfinder CITADEL’s growing network of institutional partnerships, following the organisation’s continued expansion of its cohort based programming and recent call for applications to the Davos Startup Challenge 2027. This pattern of building both domestic and now international partnerships reflects Pathfinder CITADEL’s broader strategy of positioning itself within a wider network of organisations working across innovation and entrepreneurship.
Both organisations described looking forward to turning the partnership into meaningful action and lasting impact, reflecting shared ambition for the collaboration to produce tangible outcomes beyond the formal signing itself. The MoU adds to the broader wave of institutional agreements formalised at LEAP 2026, reflecting the summit’s continued role as a venue where Pakistani organisations extend their networks both domestically and internationally.
