Pathfinder CITADEL Signs Strategic MoU With Tabadlab

Published on

Pathfinder CITADEL has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Tabadlab, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two organisations. The agreement brings together Pathfinder CITADEL’s focus on incubation and startup mentorship with Tabadlab’s established position as a policy research and analysis organisation, creating a partnership that spans both direct entrepreneurial support and the broader research and policy work that shapes Pakistan’s innovation environment.

Together, the two organisations aim to advance innovation, future skills, research, and entrepreneurship through collaborative initiatives, positioning the partnership around a fairly comprehensive set of shared priorities rather than a narrowly defined single project. This breadth suggests the collaboration is intended to unfold over time through multiple initiatives, potentially spanning joint research projects, skills development programming, and entrepreneurship support that draws on both organisations’ distinct areas of expertise.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to driving meaningful impact and strengthening Pakistan’s innovation ecosystem, an aim that aligns with a broader pattern of Pakistani entrepreneurship and incubation organisations increasingly seeking formal partnerships with policy research institutions. Such collaborations can help bridge the gap between the day-to-day work of building and mentoring startups and the broader policy and research context that shapes the environment those startups operate within, giving founders indirect access to insights that might otherwise remain confined to academic or policy circles.

Pathfinder CITADEL expressed anticipation for the opportunities this collaboration will create and the meaningful outcomes the two organisations will achieve together. The MoU signing adds to Pathfinder CITADEL’s growing network of institutional partnerships, reflecting its continued effort to connect its mentorship and incubation work with organisations bringing complementary expertise in research, policy, and future skills development to Pakistan’s broader innovation ecosystem.
