In October 2023, the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM) and Engage Consulting celebrated workplace excellence with the Best Place to Work Pakistan Awards Gala 2023 at Beach Luxury Hotel. The event marked 15 years of honoring organizations that have excelled in creating outstanding work environments in Pakistan. With participation from over 140 companies, the gala showcased the growing commitment of businesses to foster positive and productive workplace cultures.
The awards, based on anonymous survey data, assessed key employee experiences such as belonging, alignment, growth, and commitment. This data-driven approach highlights the importance of employee engagement and ensures the credibility of the awards, as emphasized by Engage Consulting’s CEO, Paul Keijzer. He noted the awards’ 15-year history of maintaining integrity in recognizing top workplaces.
Key Highlights of the Event
One of the night’s most prestigious honors, the Best of the Best Company 2023 award, was presented to Allied Bank. Another major highlight was DHL Express entering the Best Place to Work Pakistan Hall of Fame for winning the Best of the Best award five consecutive times, an unprecedented achievement.
