Pakistan Single Window in collaboration with CIRCLE Women Association and sheXcelerate organized a change management session at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry aimed at increasing awareness around digital trade facilitation systems and export related tools. The session brought together more than 65 participants from Pakistan’s business ecosystem, including a notable presence of women entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Led by Azka Rehman, the session focused on improving understanding of the Pakistan Single Window ecosystem and its core functionalities designed to simplify trade related processes. Participants were introduced to digital systems developed to support exporters and businesses by improving access to trade information and streamlining procedures linked with cross border commerce.

A live demonstration of the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan known as TradeVerse was also conducted during the session. Organizers explained how the platform provides access to trade related data and helps businesses identify international market opportunities through digital tools and information resources. The demonstration aimed to familiarize participants with the practical use of trade facilitation technology and how such platforms can support export oriented decision making.

The event also included an interactive question and answer session where participants discussed operational challenges and sought clarification regarding trade procedures and digital systems. Organizers stated that the initiative was intended to improve awareness and engagement around digital trade tools while encouraging broader participation from entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to expand into international markets.
