SEIC is hosting a session on Data-Driven Sprinting and Metric-Driven Iteration for founders in its Cohort 2 programme on October 19, 2026. The session will run from 11 AM to 3 PM at the SEIC Catalyst Hall and is led by Faizan Laghari and Urooj Zia, co-founders of Startup Syndicate.
The session is designed to help founders understand how to use data to guide their work, track metrics that actually matter and keep refining their strategies over time. The aim is to help early-stage teams improve performance, make better-informed decisions and build the kind of sustainable growth that does not depend on guesswork. For startups still finding their market, regular measurement and short iteration cycles are often what allow a team to see quickly which ideas are working and which should be dropped.
By inviting two practising startup founders to lead the session, SEIC is pairing the structured support of its incubation programme with advice from people who have built a company themselves. The announcement did not give details on the specific frameworks or tools that will be covered, so the practical content of the four-hour session will be clearer once it takes place.
The programme operates with the involvement of SITD Government of Sindh, Sapphire Consulting Services and HUM Network, all of which were acknowledged in the announcement. The session adds to the training activities SEIC is running for its second cohort, which also included a recent session on unit economics and margins.
