Shevolution 3.0 Exhibition Brings Women Led Businesses And Sindhi Crafts To Mövenpick Hotel Karachi

The Shevolution 3.0 exhibition, held on October 26 and 27, 2026, at the Mövenpick Hotel in Karachi, is open to all visitors and closes today. The exhibition runs from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and invites the public to discover women-led businesses, explore the rich craft heritage of Sindh, and connect with the creative minds shaping new possibilities. The organizers call Shevolution more than an event, describing it as a movement that celebrates women’s creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership, and they urge visitors to come, shop, and support local talent.

The exhibition brings together three main features. The Sindhi Crafts Bazaar celebrates the craft, culture, and creativity of Sindh and is organized by PAIDAR in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, with funding from the European Union. The Ministry of Culture has set up a showcase where artisans from interior Sindh display their traditional crafts, handmade products, and artistic skills, which gives visitors a chance to meet the makers and see the work up close. The third feature is a set of stalls from members of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Korangi in Karachi, who are showing their products and services, from jewelry and fashion to art and accessories.

The exhibition carries the names of several backers. The poster lists the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Korangi, and the Women in Business program as organizers, with funding from the European Union, and PAIDAR carries the marks of Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and several German organizations. Bringing artisans from interior Sindh to a central Karachi venue puts their work in front of urban buyers who would otherwise have little access to it, and it gives women business owners a direct sales channel and a chance to meet customers face to face.

The organizers framed the event around a simple belief: when women rise, communities prosper and nations progress. They also stressed that every craft tells a story, and that each purchase supports an artisan. With the exhibition in its final hours, visitors who want to see Sindhi crafts and women-led businesses in one place can still attend at the Mövenpick Hotel before it closes at 6:00 PM. The announcement did not list admission details beyond saying the exhibition is open to all, and it did not say how many exhibitors are taking part.
