The Sindh Enterprise Incubation Center is hosting a session on agile iteration and feedback handling today for the founders of its Build What Matters Cohort 2. The session takes place on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Catalyst Hall, and it is led by Ahmed Ayub, Chief Strategy Officer at Conrad Labs. The center is organizing the event in collaboration with Startup Syndicate, and it adds to the programming that supports the second cohort of startups as they develop their ideas into working businesses under the Science and Information Technology Department of the Government of Sindh.
The session is designed to help Cohort 2 founders understand why agile iteration matters in the early life of a company. Startups rarely get their first version right, and the teams that make progress tend to be those that release something workable, observe how people respond and improve it in short, repeated cycles. By focusing on this approach, the session gives founders a framework for treating their products as work in progress rather than finished objects, which can reduce the risk of spending months building something that customers do not want. For entrepreneurs who are still shaping their first offerings, learning to iterate with discipline can make the difference between steady improvement and costly missteps.
Feedback handling is the second major theme of the discussion. Founders receive input from customers, mentors, investors and teammates, and the challenge lies in deciding which comments deserve action and which should be set aside. The session will help participants understand how to incorporate feedback effectively, turning scattered opinions into clear changes that serve the business. Ahmed Ayub brings the perspective of a senior strategy leader, and his guidance is expected to show founders how to continuously refine their startup ideas and solutions rather than defending a fixed plan. Learning to listen carefully, test assumptions and adjust direction is a skill that shapes how well a young company adapts as its market becomes clearer.
The event is supported by Sapphire Consulting Services and Hum Network, and it reflects the center’s focus on practical, founder oriented learning inside the cohort program. Sessions of this kind give early stage teams direct access to experienced practitioners at the point where guidance is most useful, which is while products are still being shaped and decisions can still be changed easily. With the session taking place this morning at Catalyst Hall, Cohort 2 founders have an opportunity to bring their own questions and challenges into the room and leave with a clearer method for improving their startups step by step.
