SparkTank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Khantastic Ventures, a venture capital company focused on startup investment, commercialisation, fundraising and ecosystem development. The agreement is aimed at building a clearer pathway from innovation to enterprise, and it is meant to help SparkTank’s founders connect with investors and scale their startups. For early stage founders, the main gap is often not the idea but the access, since many promising ventures struggle to find investors who understand their market and are willing to back them at an early stage.
Khantastic Ventures describes itself as a venture capital firm that supports the startup ecosystem in Pakistan by providing strategic direction and financial capital. Its work covers more than investment, extending to commercialisation, which means helping a product move from a prototype to a market, along with fundraising support and ecosystem development. This mix of capital and guidance suits founders who need help with how to raise money, how to structure a round and how to present a business to investors, as well as the money itself.
The agreement fits a pattern in Khantastic Ventures’ recent work with institutions that support early stage founders. In September 2025, the firm signed a memorandum of understanding with the Waheed Wain Incubation Center at the University of Sargodha to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students and alumni, covering research and development, commercialisation of ideas and curriculum integration. The MoU with SparkTank extends that approach to another group of founders, giving them a direct line to a venture capital company that is already active in building ties between startups and academia.
The terms of the MoU, including the specific services that Khantastic Ventures will provide and the date of signing, have not been shared. What the two sides have made clear is the goal, which is to help founders move from innovation to enterprise by connecting them with investors and the support they need to scale.
