Three NIC Hyderabad Startups Reach WSC Pakistan 2026 Finals

Published on

Three startups from NIC Hyderabad, Global Animal Passport, Internee.pk and D3 Digital Dream Dynemo, have advanced to the WSC Pakistan 2026 Finals, giving the incubation centre three separate teams competing on a national stage. Reaching the finals represents a significant milestone for the startups, distinguishing them from a broader pool of applicants across the competition as they move forward to compete for recognition at the event’s culminating stage.

WSC Pakistan 2026 forms part of the broader SEE Pakistan 2026 programming, organised by the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan, positioning the finals within the same entrepreneurial ecosystem event that has drawn thousands of applicants from across the country’s startup and academic community this year. The finals are scheduled for August 22, 2026, at the Expo Center in Johar Town, Lahore, bringing finalist teams together in a single venue for the competition’s concluding stage.

Having three separate startups from NIC Hyderabad advance to the finals reflects positively on the depth of ventures currently being supported by the incubation centre, suggesting a consistent pipeline of startups capable of competing successfully at a national level rather than a single standout success. The presence of teams across what appear to be distinct sectors, spanning animal welfare technology, internship and career platforms, and digital media, further indicates the breadth of ventures NIC Hyderabad has been incubating.

The competition is co-hosted by several universities including Superior University, The University of Lahore, The University of Faisalabad, Riphah International University and University of Sialkot, and powered by the Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Hub at the University of Lahore. This wide network of academic co-hosts reflects the scale of institutional involvement behind WSC Pakistan 2026, extending the competition’s reach across multiple universities and cities beyond a single host institution.

With the finals now set for August 22, the three NIC Hyderabad teams are expected to spend the coming days preparing their final presentations ahead of competing on the national stage in Lahore, carrying forward the recognition of having already advanced through earlier rounds of the competition to represent their incubation centre at this concluding event.
