The National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi, in collaboration with INSEAD University, France, and LMKT, recently celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of the XSeed Program. This intensive one-year program, designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, culminated in a grand ceremony held at the National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP) Karachi.

The XSeed Program, a unique equity-free initiative, provided selected startups with comprehensive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Over 900 applications were received, with 336 startups being selected for the program. The final cohort consisted of 150 exceptional ventures from diverse sectors.

The graduation ceremony was a momentous occasion, attended by esteemed guests, including Dr. Chiara Spina, Founder and Head of the XSeed Program, and Dr. Nenad Apostoloski, Managing Director of XSeed. Both expressed their admiration for the dedication and resilience of the Pakistani entrepreneurs and highlighted the program’s potential to transform the country’s entrepreneurial landscape.

The program’s mentors and trainers, including Sana Shah, Ziana Sakhia, Junaid Saleem, Imran Azhar, Farwah Tapal, Farees Shah, and Sheikh Hammad Amjad, were recognized for their invaluable contributions to the success of the program. They encouraged the graduates to continue their entrepreneurial journey with passion and perseverance.

The XSeed Program has not only provided a platform for startups to grow and thrive but has also fostered a vibrant entrepreneurial community in Pakistan.
