Innovate Lab 2025 Opens Applications for 6-Day Online Workshop for Pakistan’s Growing Businesses

Applications are now open for Innovate Lab: Business Growth Workshop 2025, an online capacity-building program designed to help Pakistan’s small and growing businesses (SGBs) move from managing day-to-day operations to scaling with strategy and structure. Organized by Invest2Innovate (i2i) and supported by Visa Foundation, the six-day virtual workshop aims to equip founders and business leaders with the skills and systems needed to achieve sustainable growth.

Scheduled to run from October 27 to November 2, 2025, the program will be conducted online via Zoom, offering an accessible platform for entrepreneurs from across Pakistan. The application deadline is October 19, with limited spots available for selected participants.

Over the years, Pakistan’s small and growing businesses have played an essential role in driving economic resilience and innovation across sectors, from retail and fashion to agriculture, logistics, and technology. Yet, many SGB founders continue to face challenges in scaling operations, managing teams effectively, and accessing finance. Innovate Lab addresses these pain points through a practical and hands-on approach to business development.

Through six interactive sessions, the workshop will focus on improving operational efficiency, adopting smarter marketing strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights powered by AI. Participants will also learn how to strengthen financial management, design sustainable business models, and explore opportunities to access funding. Additionally, a major emphasis will be placed on leadership development — helping founders transition from reactive management to proactive team building.

Innovate Lab’s structure blends learning with real-world application, drawing from industry expertise and mentorship. The program is led by experienced facilitators and practitioners from Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem who have worked with early-stage startups, family-owned enterprises, and high-growth ventures. This aligns closely with Invest2Innovate’s broader mission of enabling entrepreneurs in emerging markets to scale impactfully through tailored support and access to networks.

The fashion and secondhand commerce sectors, in particular, have recently highlighted how structured business systems can unlock scale and sustainability. Following the exit of Pakistan’s pioneering resale startup Secret Stash, founded to normalize secondhand fashion in the country, more founders are recognizing the importance of operational clarity and market adaptability. Programs like Innovate Lab aim to provide precisely that foundation — empowering entrepreneurs to build systems that last and businesses that grow beyond the founder.

Supported by Visa Foundation, the workshop continues i2i’s commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through education, mentorship, and innovation. Visa Foundation’s global focus on empowering small businesses and women entrepreneurs makes it a fitting partner for a program that supports inclusive growth and economic opportunity.

For founders seeking to work on their business instead of being consumed by it, Innovate Lab offers a structured opportunity to realign their strategy, adopt best practices, and prepare for scale. Applications are now open, and selected participants will receive access to live expert sessions, curated learning materials, and a network of like-minded business owners across Pakistan.

Interested entrepreneurs can apply through the official registration link at https://forms.gle/fpqicYdhQmEFjmb68 before October 19, 2025.
