Accelerate Prosperity Kicks Off ESO Program with Flat6Labs to Support Entrepreneurial Organizations in Pakistan

Published on

Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan has officially launched Phase 1 of its Entrepreneur Support Organization (ESO) Program, bringing together incubation centers, accelerators, and other ecosystem enablers from across the country. The initiative aims to strengthen organizational sustainability, foster inclusivity, and create more connected support systems for startups, enabling better access to investment opportunities from Accelerate Prosperity and other active investors.

This first-of-its-kind program will focus on equipping ESOs with the tools, knowledge, and practices necessary to enhance founder support and scale impact. By creating a shared learning agenda, Accelerate Prosperity ensures that participating organizations can adopt international best practices while leveraging insights from regional ecosystems. The goal is to strengthen the capacity of ESOs to support startups more effectively and sustainably, while contributing to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem across Pakistan.

Flat6Labs has been brought on board as the international training partner for Phase 1, guiding the 10 selected ESOs through workshops, mentorship, and tailored learning sessions. The collaboration emphasizes knowledge sharing, strategic capacity building, and the application of practical frameworks that have proven successful in global and regional ecosystems. This approach aims to help ESOs refine their operational models, expand founder support programs, and scale initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for startups.

Through the ESO Program, Accelerate Prosperity seeks to empower organizations that form the backbone of Pakistan’s startup ecosystem. By enhancing operational capabilities and fostering collaboration among incubators and accelerators, the program intends to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial environment where startups can access resources, mentorship, and investment more efficiently.

Phase 1 marks the beginning of a structured journey that will continue to strengthen Pakistan’s entrepreneurial landscape. As ESOs build capacity and adopt best practices, startups stand to benefit from more effective guidance, access to capital, and opportunities for sustainable growth.

This initiative underscores Accelerate Prosperity’s commitment to developing a robust startup ecosystem in Pakistan, where ecosystem enablers are supported to maximize their impact and contribute to national economic growth. By partnering with leading organizations like Flat6Labs, the ESO Program is setting a foundation for a connected, sustainable, and globally-informed support network for Pakistani startups.
