The recognition came with a validated score of 94 percent, placing TechOne in the W Category, which HEC designates for top-performing incubation centers, and positioning it above business incubation centers across the country in what is the most authoritative national assessment of incubator performance conducted by a public institution in Pakistan.
The score itself carries weight beyond the ranking.
