NIC Karachi Hosts Junoon Masterclass With Imran Batoaq on Founder Mindset

NIC Karachi successfully hosted the masterclass titled Junoon: The Fire Within, led by Imran Batoaq, Head of Sales at YOTTABYTE, bringing together startup founders for a session that moved well beyond the operational mechanics of building a company and into the inner landscape of what sustains a founder through the sustained difficulty that building anything meaningful actually requires. The session drew on Batoaq’s direct professional experience to explore the mindset, discipline, and persistence that separate founders who stay in the fight long enough to produce lasting impact from those who disengage when the difficulty intensifies.

The session opened a conversation that most startup programming leaves largely unaddressed. The technical dimensions of building a company, product development, customer acquisition, fundraising, and financial management, receive significant attention across incubation curricula and founder education platforms.
