NIC Karachi Hosts Cybersecurity Huddle Innovation Day

Published on

NIC Karachi will host a Cybersecurity Huddle, Innovation Day, bringing together industry experts, innovators and stakeholders for an evening centred on knowledge exchange, product showcases and discussions on the future of cybersecurity. The session is designed to give participants direct exposure to current thinking and emerging products within the cybersecurity space, rather than functioning as a purely conceptual discussion of the sector’s broader trends.

The session will feature an introduction to the Xecurity Pulse and Xcellerate Impact Ecosystem, giving attendees a look at how these platforms are positioning themselves within Pakistan’s cybersecurity landscape. Following this introduction, the event includes innovation product presentations, allowing companies and innovators working in cybersecurity to showcase their solutions directly to an audience of peers, industry experts and potential collaborators.

An interactive feedback session forms part of the evening’s programming, giving presenters a chance to receive direct input on their products from attendees with relevant industry expertise. This kind of structured feedback mechanism can be particularly valuable for early stage cybersecurity ventures, since the sector often requires highly specific technical validation that general audiences are not equipped to provide.

Beyond the product focused segments, the event includes networking opportunities designed to connect attendees with fellow cybersecurity professionals, extending the value of the session beyond the specific presentations and discussions taking place on stage. For a sector like cybersecurity, where trust and professional reputation carry significant weight, in person networking events can play an important role in building the relationships that later translate into partnerships, hiring or business opportunities.

The event is scheduled for August 13, 2026, beginning at 5 PM at NIC Karachi, and is supported by the incubation centre’s established network of partners, including Tech Destination Pakistan, the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, LMKT, LuckyOne Mall and Orbit Ventures.
