Crystal Logistics Services, a startup incubated at the National Incubation Center Lahore, has announced that it is expanding its team and hiring for the position of Logistics Trainee. The company is looking for motivated individuals interested in gaining hands on experience within the supply chain and logistics sector, with the role based at NIC Lahore.
The position is aimed at candidates looking to work in a fast paced environment and build a career within logistics, an area that continues to grow in importance as more startups and businesses in Pakistan expand their operational capacity. Crystal Logistics Services has specifically encouraged female candidates to apply, reflecting a broader push within Pakistan’s startup ecosystem to improve gender diversity within operational and logistics focused roles that have traditionally seen lower participation from women.
Interested applicants have been asked to send their updated CVs to hr@crystallogistics.services to be considered for the role. The hiring announcement comes as Crystal Logistics Services continues to grow as part of the incubation ecosystem at NIC Lahore, an initiative supported by the Ministry of IT and Telecom, the Pakistan Software Export Board, and Ignite National Technology Fund, alongside partners including NETSOL Technologies and HBL.
The expansion reflects the continued development of startups operating within Pakistan’s incubation centers, many of which have grown from early stage ventures into companies now building out operational teams to support their growth. As Crystal Logistics Services scales its workforce, the move signals ongoing momentum within the country’s logistics and supply chain technology space, an area that remains a small but developing segment of Pakistan’s broader startup landscape.
