Youth Innovation Challenge Launches RiseX Fellowship For Sindh Innovators With Mentorship And Cash Prizes

Published on

The Youth Innovation Challenge has officially launched RiseX Fellowship, a new platform built for young innovators and entrepreneurs across Sindh who want to pitch their ideas, gain visibility and compete for awards and cash prizes. The fellowship is designed around a simple question, what if an idea could become reality, and it opens its doors to anyone in the province with a concept, a project or a problem they are determined to solve. Applications are now open, and interested candidates can submit their details through the online application form before the deadline of 20 October 2026.

RiseX Fellowship is aimed at a wide range of early stage builders. Young innovators who are working on ideas or projects, entrepreneurs solving real world problems, bold thinkers with scalable concepts and young changemakers who are ready to be recognised have all been named as the people who should apply. The call deliberately avoids narrowing the field to a single sector or stage, which leaves room for students, first time founders and those who have already begun testing their work in the market. What matters most to the organisers is passion, clarity of purpose and the ability to take an idea beyond the notebook.

Selected participants will receive mentorship and exposure, along with networking opportunities across the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The fellowship promises visibility for each idea, a chance to compete for awards and cash prizes, and openings to connect with investors and ecosystem leaders who can help shape the next steps. For young founders in Sindh, access of this kind has often been difficult to find outside the largest cities, and a structured platform that places mentors, investors and early stage ideas in one setting can shorten the distance between a concept and its first customers or backers.

The launch follows the wider Youth Innovation Challenge 2026, which was set up under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Sindh as a national entrepreneurship and innovation competition aimed at identifying and launching youth led startups. That effort set out to reach more than 5,000 young people across 80 universities in Sindh through over 30 roadshows, ending with a three day entrepreneurial event and a grand finale. RiseX Fellowship adds a further route for those who want to be seen and supported, and its message to applicants is direct: have the idea, bring the passion and rise with RiseX. Applications close on 20 October 2026, and candidates are advised to complete the form well ahead of the deadline.
