MindTrek And AshrieTech Academy Sign Memorandum Of Understanding For Youth Students And Emerging Startups

Published on

Muhammad Sabeeh Khan, Founder of MindTrek, and Imran Masood, Head of Program at AshrieTech Academy, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand collaboration and widen opportunities for youth, students, and emerging startups. The agreement is framed around a single idea: turning collaboration into opportunities for the next generation. By formalizing their relationship in writing, the two organizations have set out a shared intention to work together, and the memorandum gives both sides a basis for planning joint activities in the months ahead.

The agreement aims to create meaningful connections between academia, industry, and the startup ecosystem. Each of these groups holds something the others need: universities have students and research, companies have practical experience and jobs, and startups have fresh ideas but often lack guidance and contacts. When they are linked, young people gain a clearer route from classroom learning to a first job or a first venture. The organizations said the arrangement is intended to open doors to mentorship, professional networking, skill development, and entrepreneurial growth, four areas that early career professionals and young founders consistently name as the support they most need.

MindTrek described the collaboration as another step toward an ecosystem where young people can connect, collaborate, and turn their ideas into impact. The company said it believes that when the right people and ideas come together, new possibilities emerge, and it closed its announcement with a short motto: connect, collaborate, create. The statement reads as a commitment to the kind of cross sector work that startup communities rely on, where a mentor from one organization can guide a student from another, and a training program can feed talent into the businesses that need it.

The announcement did not describe specific programs, events, or timelines under the memorandum, so the practical form of the collaboration remains to be seen. Agreements of this kind often lead to joint workshops, mentorship sessions, internships, and events, though the details depend on follow up planning between the two sides. For students and young entrepreneurs, the value will lie in how quickly the memorandum turns into concrete offerings they can join. For now, the signing adds another link to the growing web of organizations working to connect learning with industry and to support early stage ventures in the country.
