Ateeb Hilal Opens Leadership and Sales Training to a Full House at National Incubation Center Hyderabad

The National Incubation Center Hyderabad opened its Leadership and Sales Training to a full house, with Day 1 led by Ateeb Hilal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Humantek. The center said two things made the first day count: his hands-on approach and a room full of participants ready to learn. The session went beyond conventional training, using practical exercises, real world applications, and an engaging delivery to help participants work through the skills that matter in business.

The training covered two connected areas, leading people effectively and approaching sales with greater confidence and purpose. For founders and small business owners, the two skills are tied together, since a founder is often both the first salesperson and the first manager, and weakness in either can hold a company back. By teaching them in one program, the training lets participants see how clear leadership supports a sales effort and how sales results, in turn, shape how a team works.

The center stressed that the value of the day was in how it was taught. Ateeb Hilal broke down each concept, had participants put it into practice, and tied the lessons to the challenges they face in their own professional journeys. Training built around exercises tends to stay with participants longer than lectures, because they test ideas in the room, make mistakes with little at stake, and leave with methods they can try the next day. A full room also gave participants the chance to learn from one another as they worked through the tasks.

The National Incubation Center Hyderabad is funded by Ignite and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, and it regularly runs sessions on practical skills for founders and professionals in the region. The announcement did not say how many days the training will last or what the remaining sessions will cover. What it made clear is that the first day set a strong tone, with a packed room and a trainer who focused on practice over theory, and the center will continue the program with the same group of participants.
