Dr. Shagufta Jabeen has received accolades from the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce for her exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship and innovation, particularly in empowering women and youth through innovative projects. The award ceremony, held on January 31 and graced by the President of Pakistan, underscored the significance of Dr. Jabeen’s achievements.

Expressing her gratitude, Dr. Jabeen emphasized that the recognition was a collective effort involving her team and the supportive community. She highlighted three flagship projects that garnered attention:

The Samajhdaar Maan Project focuses on training mothers in parenting skills, recognizing their crucial role in children’s cognitive and emotional development.

The WELSA Project aims to integrate rural women into the economy by revitalizing traditional skills like embroidery and farming, ensuring sustainable income sources.

The Youth Engaged in Service (YES) Project encourages youth to contribute positively to society, nurturing a sense of social responsibility among the younger generation.

Dr. Jabeen’s dedication to leveraging entrepreneurship for social change has been evident in these initiatives, demonstrating how targeted projects can uplift communities. Her recognition by the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce serves as a testament to the power of innovation in creating meaningful social impact.
