Published on

i2i Programs Team has opened applications for a Programs Associate to support its mission of nurturing Pakistan’s next generation of founders. The role is targeted toward individuals who are passionate about building operational systems, engaging with startup founders, and implementing initiatives in AI and future skills. Based in Islamabad, the position offers a hybrid working model with one in-office day per week and is structured as a three-month contract beginning January 1, 2026. The role comes with a monthly stipend of PKR 90,000 and the possibility of extension, providing a hands-on opportunity to contribute to one of Pakistan’s growing startup ecosystems.

The Programs Associate will be central to ensuring operational excellence across multiple i2i initiatives, which include workshops, accelerators, and community-focused events. Managing data, dashboards, and impact reporting for donors and stakeholders will form a significant part of the role, ensuring that program outcomes are measured and optimized effectively. Beyond operational oversight, the position also requires curating knowledge products and learning materials designed to help founders scale their ventures. These responsibilities allow the candidate to work closely with both founders and ecosystem partners, strengthening networks that facilitate collaboration and innovation.

Candidates for this position are expected to be curious, coachable, and growth-oriented, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and delivering results efficiently. The role provides exposure to strategic programs in AI and future skills, enabling participation in projects that directly empower startups to innovate and expand. i2i emphasizes building a supportive and dynamic environment where team members can contribute meaningfully to the entrepreneurship landscape while gaining valuable experience in program design, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

The Programs Associate will also act as a representative of i2i at key ecosystem touchpoints, helping to establish and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and other collaborators. This network-building component is critical to i2i’s approach to fostering an interconnected and founder-first ecosystem. By connecting program participants with resources, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing opportunities, the associate plays a role in creating long-term value for Pakistan’s startup community.

i2i’s commitment to enabling founders and building sustainable startup ecosystems is reflected in the breadth of programs and initiatives the organization supports. From accelerators to workshops and community events, the Programs Associate will help ensure these activities are executed effectively while aligning with strategic goals. By joining the team, applicants will gain first-hand experience in managing high-impact programs, facilitating knowledge exchange, and participating in the broader development of Pakistan’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Interested candidates can apply directly through i2i’s official portal at this link, joining a team that seeks to advance innovation, strengthen ecosystems, and empower the next generation of Pakistani founders to thrive.
