Ignite and LMKR Partner to Reignite NIC Peshawar

Ignite National Technology Fund has joined forces with a consortium led by LMKR to revitalize the National Incubation Center (NIC) Peshawar. This partnership aims to create a thriving startup ecosystem in the region, providing entrepreneurs with the resources and support needed to succeed.

With over 80 ecosystem partners on board, NIC Peshawar is poised to become a hub for innovation and technology. The center has already nurtured over 200 startups since its inception in 2017, generating a significant economic impact.

Adeel Aijaz Shaikh, CEO of Ignite, expressed confidence in NIC Peshawar’s potential to drive economic growth nationwide. Atif Rais Khan, Chairman and CEO of LMKR, outlined plans to expand NIC Peshawar’s global reach and build upon the success of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa startup ecosystem.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in the development of Pakistan’s startup landscape and is expected to foster a new generation of tech-driven entrepreneurs.
