Pakistan Single Window (PSW), in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), has launched the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Program in Sialkot, marking a significant step toward supporting women-led businesses and promoting gender-inclusive trade. The program, recognized by WTO with the International Prize for Gender Equality in Trade, reflects PSW’s commitment to enabling women entrepreneurs to thrive in international markets.

Designed to provide practical guidance, tailored mentorship, and essential resources, the Khadijah Program equips women business owners with the tools needed to navigate cross-border trade efficiently. Through specialized support, participants can access digital trade platforms, explore market linkages, and enhance their capacity to expand operations globally. The program particularly targets regions with fewer opportunities, empowering women to overcome barriers and scale their businesses in competitive markets.

Working alongside TDAP’s Women Entrepreneurship (WE) Division, PSW ensures that participants benefit from a structured framework combining technical assistance, business guidance, and international trade expertise. By connecting women-led enterprises to critical resources and networks, the initiative strengthens Pakistan’s overall trade ecosystem and encourages more inclusive participation in global commerce.

The Khadijah Program is expected to create a sustainable pathway for women entrepreneurs to innovate, expand, and contribute significantly to Pakistan’s economic growth. By focusing on mentorship and digital trade adoption, PSW and TDAP are positioning women-led businesses to leverage modern trade solutions and establish a stronger presence on international platforms.

Through this collaboration, PSW and TDAP continue to reinforce Pakistan’s commitment to gender equality in trade while fostering innovation and competitiveness among women entrepreneurs. The program opens doors for aspiring business leaders to enhance their skills, build global connections, and make meaningful contributions to the country’s trade landscape.
