NIC Hyderabad Hosts Jahangir Ansari Session on the People Behind the Startup

Published on

NIC Hyderabad will host a session titled The People Behind the Startup on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at NIC Hyderabad, turning the spotlight away from product and onto the human decisions that shape a company’s early years. Behind every startup is a series of people decisions that can make or break its growth, and the session is built around exactly that premise, treating co-founder selection, equity division and talent decisions as just as consequential as anything that ends up on a pitch deck.

The session will raise questions that founders often underestimate in the early rush of building a product, including who to build with, when to bring in talent, how to divide equity fairly, and how to build a culture that can keep growing alongside the business rather than fracturing under pressure as the team expands. These questions rarely have clean, universal answers, which is part of why a dedicated session built around real experience, rather than general startup advice, can offer founders something more useful than a standard checklist.

Jahangir Ansari, Founder and CEO of Nettax, will lead the conversation, bringing his own experience navigating these exact decisions as he built his own company. His involvement gives the session a grounded, practical quality, since the relationships, trade-offs and realities he will discuss are ones he has had to work through directly rather than observed only from the outside as an advisor or consultant.

Interested founders can register ahead of the session, which continues NIC Hyderabad’s pattern of pairing technical and financial training with sessions focused on the less visible, relationship driven side of entrepreneurship. The event is supported by the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, Ignite National Technology Fund, PTCL, LMKT and Tech Destination Pakistan.
