Startups associated with National Incubation Center Quetta continued their learning journey through a post-incubation mentoring session focused on digital marketing strategy, aimed at helping founders strengthen their online visibility and scale their customer outreach in an increasingly digital marketplace.
The session brought together startup founders participating in NIC Quetta’s post-incubation programme, providing them with an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insights on building effective digital marketing strategies. The group mentorship was led by Badar Khushnood, Co-Founder of Fishry and Bramerz Digital, who shared perspectives drawn from his extensive experience in digital media, marketing, and Pakistan’s startup ecosystem.
During the session, startups explored the evolving role of digital platforms in shaping business growth and brand positioning. Discussions centered around practical approaches to building impactful digital campaigns, developing strong brand narratives, and leveraging data-driven marketing strategies to connect with target audiences more effectively. Founders were encouraged to think strategically about their online presence and how consistent messaging, content planning, and audience insights can support long-term brand value.
Badar Khushnood highlighted the importance of understanding audience behavior and using digital tools to measure engagement, optimize campaigns, and improve customer acquisition efforts. Through real-world examples and industry insights, participants were introduced to methods that help startups strengthen their marketing foundations while ensuring scalability as their ventures expand.
The session also addressed the growing significance of social media optimization and digital storytelling in today’s competitive startup landscape. Founders learned how structured digital marketing roadmaps can support sustainable growth by aligning marketing objectives with overall business goals. Emphasis was placed on creating strategies that focus not only on customer acquisition but also on customer engagement and retention.
NIC Quetta continues to integrate industry-led mentorship as a core element of its incubation and post-incubation programmes. By connecting startup founders with experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and digital experts, the center aims to provide practical exposure that complements the technical and business development support offered through the incubation process.
Operating at Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), NIC Quetta is supported by Ignite – National Technology Fund under Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan. The center works in collaboration with partners including Tech Destination Pakistan and Lahore University of Management Sciences to strengthen the startup ecosystem in Balochistan and support innovation-driven ventures emerging from the region.
Through initiatives such as mentorship sessions, training workshops, and ecosystem engagement activities, NIC Quetta continues to provide founders with opportunities to refine their strategies and build scalable businesses. The post-incubation mentoring programme remains part of the center’s broader effort to ensure that startups continue receiving guidance and industry exposure as they move beyond the incubation phase and focus on growth and market expansion.
