Wafi Energy Pakistan sponsored the regional round of the World Startup Championship, giving over 300 student-led startups from Sindh access to professional mentorship, business development resources, and direct pitching opportunities with investors and corporate partners.

Saudi-backed Wafi Energy has partnered with NED University to back the regional round of the World Startup Championship, bringing over 300 student-led startups from Sindh into the competition.

Wafi Energy Pakistan's Nida Tanzeel and Aniqa Yaqub visited NIC Islamabad as part of the Tameer Awards soft launch, where four startups pitched their businesses and received direct feedback ahead of the awards application process.

The Sindh Enterprise Incubation Centre was invited to the Wafi Tameer Awards Soft Launch Ceremony hosted by Wafi Energy Pakistan, bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to celebrate ideas driving progress across Pakistan's entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The Wafi Tameer Awards 2026 launch ceremony at Wafi House featured a fireside chat on Enabling Pakistan's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem with Faizan Laghari of Startup Syndicate, Azhar Rizvi of Salim Habib University, and Syed Azfar Hussain of NIC Karachi, with eligible founders able to apply at the official link.

The 12th Wafi Tameer Awards 2025, under Wafi Energy Pakistan – Shell Licensee, are now open for applications to celebrate youth-led enterprises and innovation across Pakistan.
