The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with JS Bank Ltd and the IBA Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), has announced the launch of the SDGs Innovative Financing Challenge Cup. This initiative aims to encourage private sector projects that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and demonstrate innovation and sustainability.

Entrepreneurs and firms with SDG-aligned projects are invited to apply for the challenge, which seeks solutions that address pressing societal issues while being commercially viable and environmentally sustainable. Projects focusing on climate resilience, inclusive insurance, and women-led initiatives contributing to gender equality are particularly encouraged to apply.

The challenge is open to Pakistani-based innovators, entrepreneurs, and SMEs, aged between 21 to 45 years, with registered businesses operating for at least one year and dedicated teams. Women-owned businesses and SMEs are especially urged to participate in this opportunity to showcase their projects and contribute to the SDGs.

Interested individuals and organizations can sign up and submit their applications through the official website of the IBA Center for Entrepreneurial Development. The deadline for applications is approaching, so aspiring changemakers are encouraged to apply promptly to be part of this movement towards a brighter and more sustainable future.
