VLEKTRA Wins SDGs Challenge for Sustainable E-Bikes in Pakistan

VLEKTRA emerged victorious at the SDGs Innovative Financing Challenge Cup. The competition, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and JS Bank, saw VLEKTRA triumph over 200 contenders with their innovative vision for sustainable transportation.

VLEKTRA’s focus on premium electric motorcycles powered by high-quality lithium batteries impressed the judges. This approach directly combats climate change and aligns perfectly with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“Winning this award is a huge validation of our mission,” said VLEKTRA CEO Syed Raza Mohsin. 

“The competition was filled with fantastic ideas, and we’re grateful for the recognition from UNDP and JS Bank. This win motivates us to keep pushing for electric mobility and improve Pakistan’s EV infrastructure.”

VLEKTRA’s win is a significant step towards a cleaner and greener future for Pakistan. Their commitment to affordable and safe eco-friendly solutions paves the way for a sustainable transportation revolution in the country.
