The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is currently hosting the Pakistan Investment Roadshow in Dubai from November 5 to 7, 2023. The primary objective of this event is to showcase the untapped potential of Pakistan and attract global investments across key sectors of the economy.

The inaugural day witnessed a significant turnout of global businessmen and investors keen on exploring opportunities in Pakistan. SIFC officials engaged extensively with these investors, emphasizing the vast potential and investment prospects in the country through the SIFC platform. Various projects under the auspices of SIFC were presented to attract potential investments in critical sectors.

The SIFC initiative gained substantial momentum, providing investors with insights into transforming the investment climate in Pakistan. The roadshow featured pitch sessions (B2B) where 30 Pakistani firms presented their project proposals and growth strategies in areas such as agriculture, information technology, and energy.

In addition to these presentations, a structured Panel Discussion involving both public and private sector experts was conducted. This discussion aimed to analyze the investment landscape of Pakistan in comparison to emerging markets and outline strategies to leverage the available opportunities.

This groundbreaking roadshow is a historic endeavor, marking the first of its kind in Pakistan’s history to actively mobilize foreign investments on a global scale. It is anticipated that the event will significantly contribute to furthering SIFC’s mission and fostering international investments in Pakistan.
