Over the weekend, Accelerate Prosperity, an initiative by AKDN (Aga Khan Development Network), joined forces with Sarmayacar to host Karachi’s inaugural Start Summit, marking a significant milestone in celebrating entrepreneurs and fostering collaboration within the ecosystem.

The Startup Summit showcased some of Accelerate Prosperity’s most innovative businesses through a dynamic product demo walkway. The event featured engaging challenges and sessions, drawing active participation from entrepreneurs, investors, and key players in the ecosystem. With a thematic focus on sustainability and combating climate change, the event not only highlighted innovative products but also incorporated giveaways promoting sustainable practices at home, aligning with the shared vision for 2024 between Accelerate Prosperity and Sarmayacar.

Exceeding expectations for a first-time event, the Startup Summit buzzed with energy throughout the fully packed day. The success of the event was made possible by the collective efforts of everyone involved, with special appreciation extended to the dedicated teams from Accelerate Prosperity and Sarmayacar who meticulously executed the envisioned plans.
