Niya Summit is set to bring together what organisers describe as the largest gathering of Muslim founders, investors, and builders in Silicon Valley’s history, taking place on Saturday, the twenty ninth of August, twenty twenty six, at Computer History Museum. The one day event, jointly presented by Silicon Valley Entrepreneurship Center and Niya Venture Studio, is structured around three distinct sessions spanning morning, afternoon, and an all day track running alongside them.
The morning session, hosted by Niya Venture Studio, focuses on founders building for the Ummah, covering the global Muslim economy through keynotes and panels addressing halal finance, Islamic fintech, and the broader work of Muslim entrepreneurs building for their communities. This portion of the summit includes investor insights from venture capital and institutional investors, alongside a startup showcase featuring live pitches from high potential ventures operating within this space.
The afternoon session, hosted by Silicon Valley Entrepreneurship Center, shifts focus toward Muslim founders building for the world, centred on enterprise AI and agentic technologies positioned as the next wave of intelligent enterprises. This portion of the programme also addresses global opportunities for scaling startups to solve real world challenges, alongside expert sessions offering deep dives with global operators and innovators active in the AI space.
Running throughout the full day, the summit includes a hackathon and expo floor, giving founders the opportunity to build, iterate, pitch, and launch a minimum viable product within twenty four hours through a Founder in a Day format, alongside a live startup pitch competition. The expo floor gives attendees the chance to meet investors, startups, partners, and service providers across the day, supplementing the more structured panel and keynote sessions.
The event’s speaker lineup includes Hassan Khan of Zyp Technologies, Junaid Wahedna of Wahed, Umar Munshi of HASAN VC, Umair Khan of Mentor Fund, Faysal Sohail of Presidio Partners, Saad Godil of Hippocratic AI, and Noha Rizq of Incorta, among others, bringing together a mix of founders and investors with direct experience across fintech, venture capital, and artificial intelligence sectors. The summit also includes breakout sessions organised around specific industries such as AI, fintech, health tech, and edtech, as well as regional breakouts covering the Western diaspora, Middle East and North Africa, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, and other regions, alongside a dedicated CEO breakout session addressing AI decision making for founders.
