Paklaunch UNConference 2026 is set to bring together founders, investors, and technology leaders from across Pakistan and global markets for a two-day gathering focused on innovation, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. The event will take place on April 29–30, 2026 at Islamabad Serena Hotel and is positioned as a premier forum connecting ecosystem stakeholders who are shaping the future of technology and startup growth in emerging markets.
The conference aims to create a space where entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, corporate leaders, and regulators can exchange ideas and discuss opportunities across sectors such as fintech, digital platforms, telecom, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, venture capital, and media innovation. Paklaunch UNConference has built a reputation for bringing together influential voices from across the global Pakistani diaspora alongside local founders and ecosystem builders.
Among the confirmed speakers is Qasim Akhtar Khan, Founder of Digitt+, a fintech platform working to expand access to digital credit and financial services in Pakistan. Through Digitt+, he is addressing the gap between traditional banking systems and underserved consumers by leveraging technology, data analytics, and embedded finance solutions. His work focuses on building tools that enable faster and more accessible credit for individuals and businesses, contributing to broader financial inclusion in Pakistan’s growing digital economy.
The conference will also feature Kalsoom Lakhani, Co-Founder and General Partner at i2i Ventures. As an early-stage venture capital investor, she works with founders building companies across sectors including fintech, logistics, healthtech, SaaS, and digital infrastructure. She is also the founder of Invest2Innovate, an accelerator and ecosystem builder that has supported numerous startups through mentorship, funding access, and international market exposure.
Financial services leadership will be represented by Ali Raza Siddiqui, Chairman of JS Bank. With experience across banking, financial services, and investment management, he has played a role in expanding financial access and strengthening Pakistan’s financial sector. His participation will add perspectives on banking innovation, capital access, and the evolving financial services landscape.
The venture capital perspective will also be represented by Sikandar Khan, CEO and General Partner at Twenty2Ventures, who brings extensive experience in supporting high-growth technology startups across global markets. Faisal Aftab, Founder and CEO of Zayn VC, will join discussions focused on venture capital and scaling startups across frontier and emerging ecosystems. Taimur Malik, Partner at Paklaunch and Senior Partner at Kilam Law, will contribute insights related to corporate governance, venture financing, and cross-border investment structures.
Entrepreneurs leading technology-driven ventures will also be part of the event’s discussions. Umair Masoom Usmani, Founder and Managing Director of myco.io and Co-Founder of BuyPass.ai, brings experience in Web3-enabled streaming platforms and data-driven retail technology. Pakistan’s fintech ecosystem will be represented by multiple founders including Muhammad Shamoon Tariq, Founder and CEO of Mahaana (YC W22), a digital wealth management platform focused on making investing more accessible through technology-driven portfolio solutions. Omair Ansari, CEO and Co-Founder of ABHI Microfinance Bank Ltd., will discuss the growth of earned wage access and embedded finance models, which aim to improve short-term liquidity for employees and businesses. Danish A. Lakhani, Founder and CEO of NayaPay, will also participate, bringing insights from building a regulated digital payments platform focused on modern financial services.
Corporate leadership and enterprise innovation perspectives will come from Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of Jazz, who has been guiding Pakistan’s largest digital operator toward a platform-based ecosystem spanning connectivity, fintech, cloud services, and digital platforms. Bilal Qureshi, CEO and Co-Founder of Brillanz Group, will share experience in building technology ventures across telecom infrastructure, energy technology, and digital analytics through companies such as Thunder Energy Intelligence Platform, Infralectric, SOFTOO, SolarAi, Cratus Technologies, and Boltlike Solutions.
The conference will also feature Hussain Fazal, CEO of Haaf Group Private Limited, who leads a diversified investment group focused on scalable ventures and long-term value creation across multiple sectors. Media industry representation will come from Jerjees Seja, CEO of ARY Digital Network, who has led the expansion of one of Pakistan’s most recognized media groups with channels including ARY Digital, ARY News, ARY Musik, ARY Qtv, and ARY Zauq while expanding global reach across more than 100 countries.
Healthcare innovation and digital health entrepreneurship will be represented by Dr Saira Siddique, Founder and CEO of MedIQ Smart Healthcare. Her work focuses on building technology-enabled healthcare infrastructure designed to improve patient access, operational efficiency, and healthcare outcomes through scalable digital platforms.
Cybersecurity and digital trust innovation will be represented by Uzair Gadit, Co-Founder and CEO of Secure.com, who is also the Co-Founder of PureSquare and founding partner of Disrupt.com. His work centers on identity security, encryption technologies, and digital infrastructure designed to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities for businesses worldwide.
Education technology and digital collaboration perspectives will come from Osman Rashid, CEO and Co-Founder of Khoj Resorts and CEO of Convo, who previously co-founded Chegg Inc. and served as its chief executive officer. His work has focused on expanding access to digital learning platforms and collaborative technologies used by millions of learners globally.
