Pakistan Single Window participated in the 4th WE-Exhibit 2026 held in Sialkot, an event organized by Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Sialkot in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. The exhibition brought together women entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and policymakers to highlight innovation, entrepreneurship, and export development. The event created space for dialogue around expanding opportunities for women-led businesses and strengthening their participation in Pakistan’s growing export ecosystem.
During the exhibition, PSW took part in a panel discussion titled “Build it Online: Women, Digital Skills & E-Commerce Success,” which focused on how digital tools and online platforms are enabling entrepreneurs to expand beyond local markets. Representing PSW, Laraib Ghaffar shared insights on how digital platforms and streamlined trade systems can support women entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses through e-commerce and global trade channels. The discussion highlighted how online marketplaces and digital trade systems reduce entry barriers, allowing small businesses to access international markets while managing cross-border transactions more efficiently.
At its booth during the event, PSW showcased its digital trade solutions and demonstrated how the platform simplifies regulatory procedures for businesses involved in international trade. Pakistan Single Window functions as a national digital platform designed to integrate multiple government agencies and regulatory authorities into a single online interface. By enabling traders to submit documents, fulfill regulatory requirements, and manage trade-related processes digitally, the system reduces paperwork, improves transparency, and shortens processing timelines for exporters and importers.
The organization also highlighted its broader #ChangeManagement initiative, which focuses on encouraging digital adoption across Pakistan’s trade ecosystem. Through engagement with entrepreneurs, training programs, and awareness efforts, the initiative aims to help businesses—particularly women-led enterprises—understand how digital systems can simplify cross-border trade and support business growth. Participation in WE-Exhibit 2026 allowed PSW to connect with entrepreneurs directly and demonstrate how technology-driven trade facilitation can support inclusive economic participation and strengthen Pakistan’s digital trade environment.
