Tabani Group Acquires Shariah-Compliant Healthcare Provider Siha

Tabani Group has announced the acquisition of Siha Health and Wellness Private Limited, a leading Shariah-compliant healthcare provider.

Siha, recognized as the world’s first Shariah-compliant OPD company, has garnered unanimous accreditation from 17 Islamic scholars across various countries. The company’s integrated healthcare services, including pharmacy, laboratory, and hospital networks, have positively impacted over 7,200 lives in its first year of operation.

By integrating Siha into its portfolio, Tabani Group aims to expand its healthcare offerings and reach a wider audience. The combined entity will leverage the strengths of both companies to deliver high-quality, Shariah-compliant healthcare services to the Pakistani market.
